Once you order or use this service, these special terms will constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the ordering and use of this service, together with the "FeedScription User Agreement", "FeedScription Privacy Policy", and other agreements applicable to upstream service providers (such as Kimi, DeepSeek, OpenAI, etc.).
When you confirm this agreement or actually recharge by clicking "Go to Recharge", "Confirm Payment", etc. online, it means that you have understood the content of this agreement and agree to be bound by this agreement. We have the right to modify the relevant content of this agreement from time to time according to changes in national laws and regulations and actual business operation needs, and publish it in advance on the software system, website, etc. to notify users.

II. Definitions

FeedScription Platform Credits: The quota used in the FeedScription service for in-app model calls, dialogues, publishing applications, enabling backend services, using plugins, copying others' cases, downloading application source codes, and other platform functions (hereinafter referred to as "Credits"). Different amounts of credits need to be consumed in the above services. Please refer to the relevant credit consumption rules for details. When you need more credits to use platform services in depth, you can directly purchase credits.
Credit Usage Period: The credits you recharge are valid permanently, with no usage period set, until consumed.

III. Recharge Instructions

Enterprise Recharge Subject: If your account is an enterprise account, the recharging enterprise should be consistent with the registered and certified enterprise, otherwise it may lead to recharge failure.
Payment Method: You can choose third-party payment channels recognized by us (such as Alipay, WeChat, etc.) to pay the recharge amount. When you pay through a third-party channel, you should abide by the various agreements and service rules with that third party.
Recharge Restrictions: To ensure your account security and smooth recharge experience, we may impose certain restrictions on the number of recharges. Whether there are restrictions is subject to the publicity on the recharge page.

IV. Data and Compliance

Data Access: In order to provide you with this service, you know and agree that we have the right to obtain and access the configuration and usage of applications, models, backend services, plugins, copied cases, downloaded source codes, etc. under your account, as well as the corresponding credit usage and consumption under this service, and provide you with services based on the above information.
Upstream Compliance: This platform service may rely on third-party upstream service providers (such as Kimi, DeepSeek, OpenAI, etc.). When using this service, you must simultaneously comply with the user agreements and compliance requirements of relevant upstream service providers. If your violation leads to us being penalized or banned by upstream service providers, we have the right to terminate the provision of services to you and reserve the right to seek compensation from you.

V. Refund and Transfer

No Refunds: Please note that the credits you purchase are digital goods. Once the recharge is successful, it is deemed that the service has been delivered. We do not provide any form of cash withdrawal or refund services. Given that refunds are not possible after recharge, please choose the recharge amount carefully according to your actual usage needs before recharging to avoid waste caused by excessive recharge.
Prohibition of Transfer: Your credits may not be transferred or gifted, and are limited to your use for FeedScription corresponding services.
Service Termination: If we need to terminate the provision of services due to platform business adjustments, operational strategy changes, or force majeure, we will announce it in a prominent position on the platform in advance. For the credits that have been recharged but not consumed in your account, we will handle the follow-up according to the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the termination of service announcement issued at that time.

VI. Invoices

We can issue invoices for the recharge amount you pay. Individual certified accounts support issuing individual invoices and enterprise invoices, and enterprise certified accounts only support invoicing according to the certified enterprise subject. VII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, revision, supplementation, termination, execution, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall all be governed by the laws of mainland China.
If a dispute arises regarding the signing, performance, or interpretation of this agreement, both parties shall strive to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the court with jurisdiction where Ziran Language Processing Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. is located.
